Privacy Policy

This policy explains what willibereplaced.ai, operated by CloudDon LLC, collects and why. We collect as little as the Service needs. You can use the free score without an account or giving your name or email.
What we collect
- What you enter to get a score: your job title, and optionally industry, seniority and years of experience. We store the matched occupation, score, industry, seniority and years of experience with an anonymous record of your result. We also keep the job title you typed and how it was matched, with no link to you, to find job titles we don’t cover yet. To limit automated use, we keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address for two days; we never store the address itself.
- LinkedIn URL (optional): if you paste a public LinkedIn profile URL, we fetch that public page once to suggest your job title and industry. We do not store the URL or the page.
- Purchases: payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Stripe tells us the payment status and the email address you entered at checkout, which we store with your report. We use it to email you the link to your report, sent through our email provider, Resend.
- Score feedback (optional): if you tell us a score seems off, we store your choice, comment, the job title you typed, the matched occupation and score, and your email if you give one.
- Role suggestions (optional): if you suggest a job title for us to add, we store the title, your description and your email if you give one.
- Your browser: to load a purchased report quickly, the report page keeps a copy in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and records only anonymous page views. We do not use advertising trackers or our own cookies. Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies.
How we use it
- to give you your score and deliver the reports you buy;
- to process payments and refunds;
- to improve the AI² model and the job-title matching, using scores and feedback in aggregate;
- to reply to you if you contact us or ask us to follow up on feedback.
We do not sell your information. We do not currently send marketing email. If we start, it will only go to people who bought a report, and every message will include an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores the database.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Anthropic provides the AI models that match unusual job titles, write explanations, and read LinkedIn pages you submit. To do this, the job title and industry you enter, the matched occupation’s details, and any LinkedIn page you submit may be sent to Anthropic.
These providers may process data in the United States.
Sharing your score
Each result has a share link. Anyone with it can see the occupation and score, but not your name, email or other details. Anyone with your report link can view the full report, so share it only with people you choose.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep score records and feedback to improve the model, and purchase records as long as needed for accounting. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@clouddon.ai. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and purchases require you to be 18 or older.
