Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of willibereplaced.ai (the “Service”), operated by CloudDon LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“CloudDon”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service estimates how exposed an occupation is to displacement by artificial intelligence. It matches the job title you enter to one of 738 US occupations and shows that occupation’s score from the AI² Index, a model developed by CloudDon Research. The paid report adds an AI-written analysis based on those scores.

2. Information only — not advice

Scores and reports are general information. In particular:

• They describe an occupation as a whole across the US labor market, not you as an individual.
• They are the output of a model. They are estimates, not predictions or guarantees, and timelines are directional.
• The written analysis is generated by an AI model and may contain errors or outdated details. Products, courses and organisations it mentions are examples, not endorsements.
• Job-title matching is automated and may pick an occupation that does not fit your role.
• Nothing in the Service is career, employment, financial, legal or other professional advice.

You are responsible for any decisions you make. Consider talking to a qualified professional before acting on anything in a report.

3. Purchases

The full report is a one-time purchase of a digital product, at the price shown before checkout, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. The report is delivered immediately after payment and is accessed through the link you are sent to. Keep that link: anyone who has it can view the report.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email support@clouddon.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several days to show it.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service and your reports for your own personal use, and share your score and report links. You may not:

• scrape, copy or bulk-download scores, reports or other content;
• resell, republish or commercially redistribute reports or scores;
• interfere with the Service, try to bypass payment, or access it by automated means;
• use the Service to make decisions about other people’s employment.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, the AI² Index, and all scores and report content are owned by CloudDon LLC. When you buy a report, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view, download and keep it for non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudDon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudDon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost income, employment or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.
